Coating
Our coatings can be used very widely due to their special properties.
The prerequisite for applying a coating is the ability to roughen the surface (e.g. by blasting) and a temperature resistance of up to approximately 400⁰C.
We can provide coatings that are suitable for, among others, the chemical, food and medical industries. The coatings are characterized, among other things, by:
· excellent non-stick properties
· chemical resistance
· low friction coefficient.
· Approved in contact with food.
The basis for the coatings are often materials such as; PTFE, PFA and ECTFE. Let us advise you which coating is suitable for your application.
Upholstery
Sometimes a coating is not the right solution. Then we have the option to offer upholstery. Here, we apply a thicker layer, which, in particular, means less risk of wear compared to a coating. Ask about our options for this solution.
