Custom PFA foil

PFA foil is available in standard dimensions. Of course, it is also possible to produce specific dimensions for you. The special material properties of this material are:

• Lower melting temperature than PTFE
• Low dielectric constant (isolating)
• No attachment
• Very low friction
• UV resistant (does not age)
• Not hygroscopic (water absorption < 0.01%)
• Can be used from -200°C to +260°C

This material is widely used in chemical storage bags, chemical resistant liners, gaskets and coverings. In addition to PFA foil, we offer a wide range of films based on PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, PI, PEEK, PETP, PC, among others. If you are looking for plastic foil based on another high-quality plastic, that is often also possible.
