PFA offers the highest continuous operating temperature 260˚C (500F) of all meltable fluoropolymers. PFA offers many of the high quality properties of PTFE in a transparent form. Can be welded, metallized or laminated to various materials. PFA film offers a combination of excellent dielectric properties over a wide temperature and frequency range, highest chemical resistance and flex life, excellent clarity and weather resistance.
The combination of chemical resistance and heat resistance over a wide frequency range makes PFA an extremely suitable material for the electronic industry. The high temperature resistance and non-stick properties are ideal for use as a high temperature release film.
